Creating Your Own Background by Missy Whidden

My Creative Scrapbook design team member Missy Whidden is up today with some tips featuring our October Main kit!

Do you ever want to create your own background from scratch?  Sometimes I like to start with plain white cardstock and make my own unique design.  Here is how I made a background using paint and plastic kitchen wrap for one of my Main Kit pages!

Here's the finished page.  I added some modeling paste over a chevron stencil after the paint was dry.

Be sure to take a look at Missy's beautiful work in our Design Team Gallery!

We invite you to join us and experience the possibilities that our coordinated monthly kits offer. To purchase a kit, please visit our website, here.
