Tips and Techniques from Helen Tilbury - Part 3

My Creative Scrapbook Design Team member Helen Tilbury is back to share more of her wonderful creative methods featuring our February Limited Edition kit (this is our third post today- please scroll down to view our previous posts).

Here's Helen...

Here's my last layout created using the February Limited Edition Kit.

It's called 'Sibling Love" & uses everything from the kit with the exception of the brick stencil, modeling paste, dymo tape, punch & diecut.

Interesting things I did here were:-

1. I cut the vellum sunburst shape in half and used it to good effect on either side of my layout.

2. I used the black cardstock sentiments from the Prima packaging within my layout as a feature.

3. As you can see many of my embellishments ''intrude" onto my photograph. This is a good way to obtain cohesion on a layout by marrying the photo and embellishments together into one creation.
