Highlighting Colors in Photos with Kris

Hey everyone!  Design team member Kris here today to share some simple tips for bringing out colors in your photographs.

For this layout I really wanted to highlight the gorgeous purple color of the lilacs in the photos...

I used two pieces of cardstock from my stash in shades of purple for the base of the layout as well as for some simple punched flowers.

The kit's letter stickers were blue, so I applied two coats of purple acrylic paint to the letters that I was going to use.

After the letters were completely dry, I adhered them to my layout.
