There is something truly magical about the start of a new year—it’s a time to look back at our favorite memories while staying curious about the adventures yet to come. Today, I am thrilled to share a new layout featuring the gorgeous January Limited Edition Kit from My Creative Scrapbook.
This month’s kit is a dream for anyone who loves a "vintage-meets-modern" aesthetic. With its rich textures, beautiful floral ephemera, and those iconic library-card and card-catalog motifs, it provided the perfect backdrop for these family photos. I was particularly drawn to the soft blues and warm cocoa browns in the kit, which allowed me to layer delicate butterflies and 3D blooms alongside more industrial elements like the "brick" stenciling and compass accents.
In this project, I focused on the theme of "Noteworthy" moments—the kind of day that doesn't need a special occasion to be remembered. Whether you’re a fan of fussy cutting, layering chipboard, or playing with mixed media textures, this kit has a little bit of everything to make your memories shine.
