My Creative Scrapbook Design Team member Sandie Edwards is sharing several awesome tips for using paint on your layouts featuring our June Limited Edition kit!

Here's Sandie:

"Using paint to change and add colours of various kit elements:

Adding acrylic paint to highlight various elements is an easy process, quick drying, and can change the whole look of projects created.

Chipboard or cardstock embellishments can be re-coloured or highlighted easily by using an acrylic paint dauber as shown in Image One.

Image Two shows how simple it is to add colour to alpha stickers.

Highlighting paper edges (Image Three), especially when papers have been distressed or aged really gives a beautiful soft appearance, and a gold tone, brings out the original paper colours (they still shine through).

Adding a brush of colour to flower petals, can often soften deep or bright colours, and of course when following the previous examples, ties in beautifully colour-wise."
