Coloring Texture Paste by Shell Carman

Hi There! Shell here today with a quick tip on how to create coloured texture paste like on this page

The March Main Kit contains a FAB new Prima mask which is so gorgeous. I wanted to use this & add some texture to the background of my page using some Impasto. I wanted the texture to be coloured rather than just having white which is the natural colour of Imapsto.

You will need

Impasto

Shimmerz Blingz Magenta (or colour of your choice)

Foam Brush

small bowl

small paint brush

-Simply scoop some Imapsto into the bowl using the foam brush.Obviously the larger the area you are masking the more Impasto you need

-Give the Shimmerz Blingz a good shake before opening then use the paint brush to add some Shimmerz to the Impasto in the bowl. Around 5 drops should be plenty.

-Give the mixture a good stir so that it is completely mixed in using the foam brush.

-Use the foam brush to apply Impasto mixture to your page
