Step by Step with Dorymar!

Hello Friends, Dorymar here! Today I share with you a fantastic layout and how to do it step by step. For this layout I used part of the June Main Kit. I love all the different paper designs, the flowers, the letters, the glitter chipboards,everything is awesome in this kit!

To begin, I used the Hopeful paper as a base.

Then I selected the Enchanted paper and made a hole in the center leaving 1 1/4 "on each side.

Then cut the blue lines paper to 4 ¾ x 12, tear one of the sides to give it a rustic touch.

Since I have the pieces cut, I placed the piece of lined paper on the left side of the base and the corner that is torn I placed 3d tape to give dimension. Then I put 3d tape on the back of the frame that I made with the Enchanted paper and paste it on the base.

I used a stencil and pearl stencil paste to decorate the background.

I used distress ink to paint the letters, in this case I blurred the letters to  give them an ombre style.

I cut a 4 x 6 photo mat of the Clocks paper. Then with a craft knife I took off the lower part of the butterfly on the corner from one of the pieces included in the kit. I put 3d foam tape on back to give it a little height.

I selected the following elements to add dimension and focus to the layout. Some were cut out of the papers and the others are found in the individual pieces and layered chipboard.
