Cool New rolled flower technique from Carla

This month July Kit Limited Edition .
have I this Roungh cool flower creating....and frame around the picture.. the same as the beginning of the flower.
And I would explain this technique for you



Step -1
Tear a strip of paper

Step-2
Ink the edges

Step-3
Make the strip wet in a bowl with water { Or With Glimmermist}?

Step-4
Fold it together and then roll .....SEE PICTURE...

and THIS IS THE SAME USE FOR THE FRAME
