I am up on the blog today to share a layout I made using the gorgeous February Main kit. I started with the fabulous multi-colored paper. I loved the stitching accents on the paper and decided to start by adding more black stitching for texture.
I then added a horizontal strip of the black dot paper to the bottom of the page. I wanted to have this as an anchor point for the large camera embellishment that I fussy cut out of one of the cut apart sheets. I added another line of black stitching across the top of the black paper.
Next I printed my pictures in size 2x 3 inches to fit the tags. I picked 3 tags in contrasting colors to the background. I cut them out, hole punched them and added a brass brad and twine bow to each. I mounted my pics and laid them out. I decided to use the 'Moments that Matter' clipboard from one of the cut apart sheets as my main title.
After adhering the tags I added a few extra of the flower stickers and sticker phrases to finish off the layout. I finished by adding my journalling and a little white paint splatter just to break it up a little. I think this was such a fun paper and the layout came together easily with the gorgeous cut aparts and stickers in the kit. Have fun creating this month!
