Merry Christmas! It is Ali, @funadventureswithali sharing a layout with you today that I created with the December Creative Kit from My Creative Scrapbook. This month’s kit includes items from Echo Park Paper and a cut file from Ashley Horton.
I had so much fun with this cut file. I cut it out twice, once out of white cardstock and a second time out of the green paper included in this month’s kit. I backed the word Magic with the holly paper and love the contrast against the white and polka dot background.
I created star shakers using acetate and foam strips. I filled them with SpiegelMom Scraps sequins that happened to match the holly paper. How fun are these star shakers.
The embellishments are all so cute for this collection kit. I used a few stickers from the 12 x 12 sticker sheet and the chipboard sticker sheet. The border against the photo on the left-hand side and on the bottom of the page are from the sticker sheet. Remember you never have to use the whole length. Don’t be afraid to cut your stickers apart to get more bang for your buck!
