Happy Fall! It is Ali, @funadventureswithali sharing a layout with you today that I created with the October Creative Kit from My Creative Scrapbook. I loved using the pretty Cocoa Vanilla collection to document a layout about my family.
To create the photo corners of this 12x12 layout I took a solid piece of cream cardstock and layered it at an angle onto the Cocoa Vanilla paper. I then cut the excess off with my trimmer. I find this is the easiest and fastest way to create four perfect photo corners.
I used the frames that were included in the Cocoa Vanilla Embellishment package and love how it displays our family pictures taken at our wedding. I used foam tape to pop up the frames and basically all the embellishments. It gives the look of it actually coming off a wall in your home displaying your framed family photos.
